Project : For our public administration client, we are seeking an experienced project manager. The project aims to design and implement a digital evaluation platform. This platform will centrally record, evaluate, and make project evaluations accessible. This will strengthen institutional learning, simplify project management, and improve accountability.

During the initialization phase, the project manager also assumes the role of business analyst. This includes, in particular, gathering requirements, analyzing legal and organizational frameworks, and reviewing technical options (including the use of AI).

Tasks and responsibilities :

  • Project management according to recognized methods (e.g. HERMES 2022)
  • Collection and documentation of requirements (business analysis in initialization)
  • Analysis of existing solutions, technologies and legal frameworks

  • Willingness to undergo personal security checks

Languages ​​:

  • Very good written and spoken German skills (C1 or higher)
