and which enable you to make a difference, be entrepreneurial and take on responsibility. For the development and expansion in Switzerland, Julius Baer Real Estate is looking for a Senior Consultant / Transaction Manager in Real Estate Investment Brokerage IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Acquisition, sale, and search of investment properties with a strong focus on investment properties across Switzerland

  • Provide support to the Geneva-based team in executing transaction processes from the Zurich office

  • Creation of pitches, contracts, and sales documentations

  • Project management across entire real estate project cycle

  • Market, location analysis of properties and property portfolios

  • Advice and consult on project developments for real estate

  • Development of marketing strategies and concepts in collaboration with our marketing department and Julius Baer

  • Expansion and maintenance of client relationships as well as participation in trade fairs and client events

  • Cross-selling to other departments within JBRE as well as Julius Baer

IHR PROFIL

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, architecture, engineering, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of professional experience in real estate brokerage and transaction management

  • Effective networker with an established professional network in the real estate industry

  • Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of thinking in a connected, holistic manner

  • Excellent team player, highly committed, and flexible

  • Fluent in German with excellent command of French and English
