SAP Authorization Specialist – Security, IAM Excellent Home Office Allowance

For a permanent role , we need a German speaker with first class
SAP Authorization skills.
You will take the lead on security & authorizations across their entire SAP environment: ERP, BW/4HANA, Fiori, Solution Manager, HANA, SAP Cloud…
What You'll Do
You'll take ownership of:
- Designing, implementing and monitoring SAP authorizations.
- Managing user & role administration with a quality-driven approach (no role spaghetti, please).
- Driving the SAP security strategy and IAM concepts, using XAMS (Xiting).
- Working closely with the internal SAP team, business units and external partners.
- Supporting SoD, compliance and audit requirements.
- Handling Incident / Problem / Change Management for authorization topics.
- Being
the go-to person
for anything related to SAP authorizations.
What You Bring
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience
in SAP Authorization Management (ERP or S/4HANA). - Strong command of
PFCG, SU24, role design, SoD principles
and SAP security fundamentals. - Experience with Fiori & SAP Cloud permissions is an advantage.
- XAMS experience is a big plus.
- Structured, analytical and quality-focused mindset.
- German C1
, English B2.
