Senior Business Analyst

Nextlink Solutions is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will support organizational objectives by delivering high -quality business analysis, service management and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, design and communications specialists to analyse, design and optimize internal business processes using data analytics, industry best practices and emerging technologies. Responsibilities include eliciting and documenting business requirements, designing solutions aligned with strategic goals, developing dashboards, reports and performance metrics, monitoring key performance indicators, and adjusting strategies accordingly. The consultant will work closely with business units and project leads, coordinate cross -functional initiatives, foster partnerships, and promote awareness of business analysis methodologies and tools to strengthen organizational capabilities while supporting decision -making, stakeholder engagement and operational excellence.Requirements7+ years of experience in business analysis, service management, process improvement and digital transformation.ITIL certification mandatoryAWS certification mandatoryExperience working in international environments across public and private sectorsStrong service management analytical and data presentation skills using JIRAExperience collecting, interpreting and visualising business dataKnowledge of modern business analysis frameworks and methodologiesExperience in process optimization digital transformation or solution architectureExcellent organizational and problem -solving skills with attention to detailAbility to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneouslyExcellent written and spoken EnglishWorking knowledge of an additional UN language is desirableFirst -level university degree in business administration management, information technology or a related field
