YOUR MISSION:
Ensure the day-to-day management of his/her workshop/line and manage his/her teams in order to manufacture parts in accordance with quality, speed, time and safety requirements.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

- Communicate the local action plan clearly and effectively, aligning it with the function's strategy and the broader organization's mission and vision to motivate team members towards achieving local business goals.
- Develop and propose performance objectives, taking appropriate actions to ensure the achievement of these objectives using the organization's performance management systems to enhance personal and team performance.
- Manage and report on team performance, setting clear performance objectives for direct reports or project/account team members, holding them accountable for achieving these objectives, and taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Develop short- or medium-term work schedules to meet planned commitments, approving overtime or allocating additional resources as needed.
- Supervise team members within established operational systems, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures.
- Follow the organization's health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to identify and mitigate environmental risks and risks to the well-being of self and others in the workplace. Address patterns of risky behavior within the team and escalate serious issues as appropriate.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex equipment and systems for emergency repairs, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal functionality.
- Operate complex machines and systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity, and generate solutions to complex inefficiencies.
- Contribute to the preparation of various data and analytics reports, providing accurate and timely information to support decision-making.
- Identify instances of noncompliance with the organization's policies and procedures and/or relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct within the team, reporting and escalating issues as appropriate.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities to meet the organization's standards and expectations.
- Ensure all activities and responsibilities are carried out in accordance with the company's diversity and inclusion guidelines, promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level required.
- Significant experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to handle a variety of situations and provide guidance to others.
- Proven experience in directing people and resources to achieve specific results within limited timeframes.
