Team and Responsibilities You want to drive growth where strategy meets numbers? As our (Senior) Business Development & Pricing Manager, you'll shape BLACKROLL's global pricing and business development strategy – from defining the right price points to unlocking new international opportunities. You'll be the analytical and strategic partner that helps steer our commercial success worldwide. A role for those who combine strategic thinking with hands-on action and a clear drive for impact.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • You are the strategic backbone of our international pricing setup – continuously analyzing, comparing, and optimizing price structures and margins.
  • You define RRPs for European and key non-European markets (e.g. China, Dubai, Nordics) and ensure consistency across channels and partners.
  • You develop business cases for new growth opportunities (e.g. entity setup vs. distributor models) and support management decisions with clear financial logic.
  • You act as a strategic sparring partner to management, bringing structure, insights, and recommendations on complex commercial topics.
  • You collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment across all commercial touchpoints.
  • You translate insights into actionable recommendations, bringing transparency through KPIs and dashboards.
  • You proactively challenge the status quo – because standing still is not an option.
Your profile
  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
  • You have 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, pricing, or business development – ideally with exposure to international markets and commercial strategy projects.
  • You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills and possess a high level of financial acumen.
  • You combine a strategic mindset with a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
  • You communicate effectively and demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills in English (German is a plus).
  • You show a high level of ownership, structure, and commercial understanding, connecting data with decisions.
  • You thrive in dynamic environments, think entrepreneurially, and enjoy tackling complex challenges.
  • You are proficient in Excel, BI, or ERP systems; experience with financial modeling or scenario analysis is an advantage.

Als unser (Senior) Business Development & Pricing Manager gestaltest du die globale Preis- und Geschäftsentwicklungsstrategie von BLACKROLL – von der Definition der richtigen Preispunkte bis zur Erschließung neuer internationaler Märkte.
Du bist der analytische und strategische Partner, der unseren kommerziellen Erfolg weltweit mitsteuert. Eine Rolle für Menschen, die strategisches Denken, hands-on Umsetzung und einen klaren Gestaltungswille vereinen.

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Du bist das strategische Rückgrat unseres internationalen Preismanagements – analysierst, vergleichst und optimierst kontinuierlich Preisstrukturen und Margen.
  • Du definierst unverbindliche Preisempfehlungen (UVPs) für europäische und ausgewählte außereuropäische Märkte (z. B. China, Dubai, Nordics) und stellst Konsistenz über alle Kanäle und Partner hinweg sicher.
  • Du entwickelst Business Cases für neue Wachstumschancen (z. B. eigene Landesgesellschaften vs. Distributorenmodelle) und unterstützt das Management mit klarer finanzieller Logik bei Entscheidungsprozessen.
  • Du agierst als strategischer Sparringspartner des Managements, bringst Struktur, Erkenntnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen in komplexe kommerzielle Themen ein.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Finance, Operations und Marketing zusammen, um eine abgestimmte kommerzielle Strategie sicherzustellen.
  • Du übersetzt Erkenntnisse in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen, schaffst Transparenz durch KPIs und Dashboards.
  • Du hinterfragst den Status quo proaktiv – denn Stillstand ist keine Option.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Volkswirtschaft, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich abgeschlossen; ein weiterführender Abschluss (z. B. MBA) ist von Vorteil.
  • Du verfügst über 1–3 Jahre Erfahrung in Unternehmensberatung, Pricing oder Business Development, idealerweise mit Bezug zu internationalen Märkten und kommerziellen Strategieprojekten.
  • Du bringst starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein ausgeprägtes finanzielles Verständnismit.
  • Du kombinierst einen strategischen Blick mit einem pragmatischen, umsetzungsorientierten Ansatz.
  • Du kommunizierst klar und überzeugend und verfügst über exzellente Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten in Englisch (Deutsch ist ein Plus).
  • Du zeigst ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung, Struktur und kommerziellem Verständnis, verbindest also Daten mit Entscheidungen.
  • Du fühlst dich in dynamischen Umgebungen wohl, denkst unternehmerisch und hast Freude daran, komplexe Herausforderungen zu meistern.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel, BI- oder ERP-Systemen; Erfahrung in Financial Modeling oder Szenarioanalysen ist ein Plus.
