Role Overview:

As a German Sales and Customer Account Manager, you will work closely with clients to improve their sales strategies and manage their accounts. Based in Athens with a hybrid work model, your responsibilities will include analyzing performance, addressing sales campaign and budget inquiries, and creating innovative solutions to help clients reach their goals while building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Offer customized recommendations to improve sales performance for each client
  • Client Relationships: Build trust and maintain close communication to fully understand client needs and deliver successful results
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring growth and success
  • Performance Analysis: Review sales data to spot opportunities and fine-tune strategies
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends to design effective initiatives
  • Reporting: Track and report key metrics, including sales targets and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in German (C2 level) 
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales and Account Management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
