Main goal
Contribute to UEFA's licensing, esports, and women's football projects by providing operational and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
,
- UEFA national team football official licensing programme
- Tracking and placing value-in-kind orders with adidas for apparel and balls
- Updating agreed action plan with CAA Eleven (UEFA's national team competitions marketing agency) and Fanatics (UEFA's official merchandising partner) in relation to the licensing strategy for UEFA EURO 2028
- Managing product approvals received from CAA Eleven and Fanatics in relation to national team football
- Organising the storage of official licensed product samples
- eEURO video game tournament
- Liaising with national associations regarding eEURO (sharing participation agreements, digital assets, etc.)
- Coordinating eEURO social media promotional campaigns with UEFA colleagues
- Collaborating with CAA Eleven and EA Sports to plan and organise the finals
- UEFA women's football sponsorship sales programme
- Coordinating the sponsorship rights to be included in sponsorship agreements
- Providing administrative support in relation to financial reporting summary documents
- Assisting in the preparation of UEFA women's football workshops
Requirements
Experience:
- Experience in licensing or in a similar administrative role would be an asset
Education:
- Bachelor's in a business-related degree
Languages:
- English / Proficient
Other requirements:
- MS Office / Advanced
- An interest in video games and esports would be beneficial for the role
- An interest in AI and how it could potentially drive opportunities in sponsorship and licensing would be an asset
- Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
- Good presentation and communication skills
