Your tasks & responsibilities

Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs
-
Develop and maintain training materials and syllabi for various regulatory and technical topics (EASA, FTS, SMS)
-
Deliver internal training sessions (theoretical, technical, or practical), excluding those requiring external certification.

Collaborate with QA staff to coordinate implementation of training activities and follow-up.
-
Organize training sessions based on organizational or compliance requirements.

Manage training records and certification documentation.
Requirements
-
Strong experience in EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments
-
Good knowledge of EN 9100/9110 requirements
-
Experience as a Quality Inspector, Maintenance Certifying Staff, and Training Organisation
-
Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)
-
Strong presentation and training delivery skills
-
Extensive background in aviation compliance and airworthiness
-
Familiar with international aerospace quality standards and regulatory frameworks
-
Experience in inspection, certification, and training roles within technical environments
-
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Qualifications required:
-
B1/B2 EASA License, EASA Part 147 environment, Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors, EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments, Train the Trainer Certificate.
