This position primarily involves monitoring the warehouse to ensure everything is in order. There is no interaction with customers or other employees, as the work environment is quiet, and you would work independently. Your primary responsibility would be to observe, ensure everything is running smoothly, and report any issues directly to the manager.

Job Description

We are seeking reliable individuals to join us as Facility Monitors in a friendly commercial space. Your role will include ensuring the space is functioning smoothly, maintaining cleanliness, and taking care of toys by arranging them as needed. No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect the space: Ensure all systems and equipment are working properly during your shift.

• Maintain cleanliness: Keep the space tidy and organized at all times.

• Manage toys: Regularly check and arrange toys in an orderly manner to ensure they are clean, organized, and accessible.

• Be present: Stay on-site throughout your shift to provide a reliable presence.

• Report issues: Notify the supervisor immediately if any problems arise.

Requirements

• No prior experience required.

• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Must be willing to work either day or night shifts.

Compensation

CHF 3,200 gross + 25% night-shift premium.
