Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyse und Strukturierung von fachlichen Anforderungen sowie Ableitung von Konzepten und User Stories
  • Brückenbauer zwischen Business und IT: Sicherstellen, dass Anforderungen präzise und verständlich umgesetzt werden
  • Verantwortung für nutzerzentrierte Lösungen durch Prüfung und Optimierung im Detail
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten mit Schwerpunkt
    Treasury
    und
    Transaction Reporting
    sowie weiteren finanznahen Prozessen
  • Koordination und Austausch mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zur Förderung von Zusammenarbeit und Projekterfolg

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung in Business-Analyse oder Requirements Engineering, kombiniert mit analytischer und methodischer Arbeitsweise
  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung in Wirtschaft, Finanzen, Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung mit Weiterbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Finanzumfeld (Produkte, Prozesse, Regulierung) mit Schwerpunkt
    Treasury
    und
    Transaction Reporting
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu kommunizieren sowie Nutzerbedürfnisse präzise zu erfassen
  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch oder Englisch (C1) sowie mindestens B1 in der jeweils anderen Sprache
