Von einer Private Equity Gesellschaft im Raum Zürich, sind wir für die Suche nach einem  Investment Manager (m/w/d) mandatiert. AufgabenVerantwortung als "Deal -Captain" mit sehr hohem Deal -Flow durch klare ZukaufstrategienAnalyse und Interpretation der Finanzkennzahlen, einschließlich Investment -Track -Records/ Jahresabschlüssen und Erstellung von Bewertungsanalysen nach verschiedenen Bewertungs -methodenFinanzmodellierung, einschließlich fremdfinanzierter Übernahmen und Cashflow -AnalysenManagement Meetings mit potentiellen Plattformen und Add -ons und Organisation laufender Due -Diligence -PrüfungenEnge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management des Portfoliounternehmens; Vorbereitung von und Teilnahme an Treffen mit ManagernUnterstützung der monatlichen/quartalsweisen Berichterstattung an das Investment Committee und die Investoren Teilnahme an BeiratssitzungenFühren von Juniors bei Transaktionen und anderen alltäglichen Aufgaben VoraussetzungenMehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Private Equity im DACH -Markt - Erfahrung mit Transaktionen im Small / Mid MarketNachweisliche Erfolge im PE Umfeld gerne auch im Portfolio ManagementHervorragender akademischer Hintergrund mit einem einschlägigen Abschluss in Wirtschaft / FinanzenAusgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und VerhandlungsgeschickUnternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie sehr eigenverantwortliche ArbeitsweiseVerhandlungssicher in Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
