Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain critical business applications and ensure system stability and performance
  • Execute deployment and configuration activities efficiently and accurately
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operations and integrations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects
  • Keep system documentation and procedures up to date
  • Participate in scheduled maintenance windows (evenings/weekends)
  • Be available for on-call duties when required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Linux (RHEL) or similar environments and scripting
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible and Git
  • Experience with Kubernetes and ArgoCD; understanding of DevOps principles
  • Advantageous: familiarity with Postgres, Oracle, or Ingres databases
  • Basic understanding of network and data transfer protocols (e.g., SFTP, IBM MQ, ActiveMQ)
  • Experience in financial services or fintech environments (SWIFT, ISO is a plus
  • Self-motivated and proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
