Job Description

Nous sommes a la recherche d'un spécialiste en conformité et en affaires juridiques pour soutenir les opérations de l'entreprise. Ce poste est à temps partiel environ 30% avec des horaires flexibles.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Surveillance et contrôle : Effectuer des contrôles réguliers pour assurer le respect des politiques internes et des régulations externes. Suivre les transactions et signaler toute anomalie au Responsable Conformité.
  • Analyse réglementaire et support opérationnel : Surveiller les évolutions réglementaires et les intégrer dans les procédures. Fournir un soutien aux équipes opérationnelles et préparer les rapports réglementaires.
  • KYC, AML et évaluation des risques : Traiter les ouvertures de nouvelles relations d'affaires (personnes privées et morales, clients institutionnels). Conduire des enquêtes de compliance et rédiger des rapports pour la direction.
  • Formation et sensibilisation : Participer à l'élaboration des formations sur la conformité et promouvoir une culture de conformité au sein de l'entreprise.
  • Reporting et documentation : Maintenir la documentation à jour, rédiger des mémos et participer activement aux projets juridiques et compliance.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation : Master en Droit (CAS Compliance un atout).
  • Expérience : 2 à 5 ans dans un département compliance en banque ou institution financière.
  • Compétences : Connaissance des régulations suisses (LBA, FINMA, etc.), capacité d'analyse, rédaction et travail en équipe. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (l'allemand est un atout). Résidence en Suisse.
