Um künftig noch schneller und effektiver auf Kunden- und Marktbedürfnisse zu reagieren, bauen wir unsere digitale Produkt-Entwicklungsorganisation auf. Unsere digitalen Produkte und Kanäle sind dabei von hoher strategischer Bedeutung. In der Rolle als Head of Product Customer Lifecycles übernimmst du die Verantwortung für zentrale digitale Produkte welche unsere Nutzenden sowie B2B-Kunden/Organisationen durch ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus begleiten. Du baust den Bereich Customer Lifecycle weiter auf, gestaltest ihn aktiv mit und befähigst ein Team von Product Ownern die mit ihren cross-funktionalen, agilen Teams innovative Lösungen gestalten, die für unsere Kunden und Kundinnen wie auch für Mobility-Mitarbeitende echten Mehrwert schaffen. Diese Position berichtet an den Chief Commercial Officer.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und verfolgst eine über die verschiedenen Produktbereiche und auf Mobility's Produktvision abgestimmte Produktstrategie
  • Du führst, coachst und entwickelst die Product Owner, damit sie in agilen, cross-funktionalen Teams ihr Potenzial entfalten können
  • Du steuerst den gesamten Produktentwicklungsprozess – von der Idee über den Launch bis zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen (z. B. Kommerzielle Produkte, Segment Management, Marken-Kommunikation, B2B-Vertrieb) und stellst sicher, dass deren Bedürfnisse in die Produktentwicklung einfliessen
  • Gemeinsam mit den anderen Heads of Product, User Experience Design und Engineering gestaltest du den Aufbau der digitalen Produktorganisation und die digitale Transformation bei Mobility aktiv mit
  • Du bist Vorbild für moderne, nutzerorientierte Produktentwicklung und fühlst dich in agilen, KPI gesteuerten Umgebungen zuhause

Das bringst du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung, idealerweise mit digitalen Produkten oder im Carsharing-Umfeld
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Coaching von Produktteams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und Erfahrung in cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar)
  • Strategisches und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Entscheidungsstärke
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Begeisterung für Mobilität, Nachhaltigkeit und digitale Innovation
