Nous accompagnons une maison horlogère de haute renommée dans le recrutement d'un
Technical Data Specialist
, rôle clé au cœur de la production et des données techniques.

Vous évoluerez dans un environnement dynamique, en pleine modernisation de son ERP, avec de forts enjeux de structuration des données et de fiabilisation des processus.

Votre mission

Au sein du bureau technique et en collaboration étroite avec les équipes production, logistique, achat et SAV, vous serez responsable de la qualité, de la cohérence et de la mise à jour de toutes les données techniques du produit dans l'ERP.

Vos responsabilités incluront notamment
:

  • Créer et maintenir les articles composants de la nomenclature produit (production & SAV).
  • Élaborer les nomenclatures et gammes dans l'ERP et assurer leur mise à jour.
  • Gérer et fiabiliser la base de données articles : désignation, codes d'origine, HS codes, poids, prix, etc.
  • Soutenir les utilisateurs internes en collectant, structurant et codifiant les données techniques selon les règles internes et les standards qualité.
  • Effectuer des contrôles réguliers pour garantir l'exhaustivité et la fiabilité des informations.
  • Suivre le cycle de vie des données, assurer le nettoyage, l'archivage et la mise à jour de la base.
  • Participer aux projets ERP (mise à jour, évolution, implémentation d'outils annexes).
  • Agir comme référent interne pour toutes les questions liées aux données techniques.
  • Collaborer avec les consultants externes dans le cadre du projet de refonte / optimisation ERP.

Votre profil :

  • Expérience dans un environnement
    horloger
    présentant une forte culture produit.
  • Très bonne compréhension de la production horlogère
  • Aisance avec les systèmes de gestion (ERP/Microsoft), capacité à
    naviguer dans un environnement complexe
    et en évolution.
  • Maîtrise d'
    Excel
    (tableaux croisés dynamiques, structuration de données).
  • Connaissance ou intérêt pour les
    données techniques
    , la création de nomenclatures et les enjeux import-export (HS codes).
  • Flexibilité, pragmatisme et capacité à trouver des solutions dans un environnement encore en structuration.
