Your role
Do you have a strong interest in real estate investment? Does real estate modeling excite you? We're looking for someone like that who can

• support the Portfolio Manager in the strategy implementation of the direct real estate portfolio (acquisition, management, repositioning, financing, disposition, etc.) across Europe and on various asset classes (office, retail, logistics…)
• conduct quantitative and performance analysis on the portfolio (cash-flows, investors' reporting)
• provide analytical support for various specific projects (marketing pitch…) and ad hoc analysis (discounted cash-flows, acquisition, valuations of the properties, assets sales, financing)

You'll get to

• build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy
• support teams who provide dedicated and customized direct real estate solutions to private and institutional clients
• learn about all major traditional and alternative real estate sectors with a focus on the main European markets

Your team
You'll be working in the Global Real Asserts portfolio management team in Geneva. We structure and manage direct real estate products or segregate mandates for UHNW clients. We manage today approximately 40 real estate assets throughout continental Europe, UK, but as well Canada and APAC representing close to CHF 2,5 billion of Gross Asset Value. The core of our team is in Geneva; with daily contact with our local asset management and transaction UBS Real Estate teams based in various European capitals (asset management, transaction, legal…).

Your expertise
We're looking for a candidate who

• has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
• possesses good analytical and financial background and willing to develop its real estate and market knowledge
• proactive, interested in real estate and willing to support portfolio manager in their day-to-day tasks
• has values that align with ours hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• fluency in English
• a good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
