We are looking for an experienced consultant to help our client shape and deliver a next-generation leadership development experience. This role is not about abstract theories or academic models, it's about working closely with executive clients to interpret behavioral assessments, design actionable interventions, and influence organizational change. You'll help build meaningful connections between data, leadership behavior, and business context.
You'll work across assessment design, client advisory, and product feedback loops – always with the end-user in mind. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has led L&D initiatives in complex organizations, understands what it takes to drive behavior change, and wants to bring their experience into an innovative, product-driven environment.
What you'll do

Partner with clients to deliver insightful debriefs of leadership and decision-making assessments

Translate behavioral and psychometric data into clear, executive-level development strategies

Advise clients on how to embed assessments into broader leadership, culture, or change programs

Co-develop reporting frameworks, interpretation guides, and use cases with the product team
Requirements
You bring:
-
Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Learning Sciences, Human Resources, or equivalent

Some years of experience in Leadership & Development Consulting

Practical expertise in using leadership assessments or psychometrics in high-stakes settings
-
Hands-on experience with debriefs, executive coaching, or learning program delivery
-
A structured, analytical mindset and the ability to simplify complexity for different audiences
-
Full fluency in English and German (written & spoken)
Benefits Start: Q1 2026 or by agreement
Duration: 6–12 months (with possible extension)
Workload: 50–100%
Location: Zurich-based
Compensation: Competitive
