Vos missions

Missions principales :

Nous recherchons un ingénieur pour accompagner nos clients pour concevoir, implémenter et valider de nouveaux procédés de nettoyage et de décontamination au peroxyde d'hydrogène vaporisé (VHP) pour des isolateurs de grade A :

  • Évaluer les besoins du site et de l'isolateur/ligne de remplissage pour définir les solutions optimales de nettoyage et de décontamination VHP.

  • Collaborer étroitement avec le fournisseur de l'isolateur et de la ligne pour sélectionner, tester et intégrer les technologies de nettoyage et VHP.

  • Rédiger les SOPs complètes : agents de nettoyage, méthodes, étapes de démontage/remontage, protocoles de résidus.

  • Définir et recommander les agents de nettoyage, consommables, systèmes VHP et outils de monitoring adaptés.

  • Concevoir et mettre en place les protocoles de sécurité liés au VHP (manipulation, stockage, équipements de protection, mesures d'ingénierie).

  • Concevoir et exécuter les protocoles de validation pour le nettoyage et la décontamination VHP.

  • Réaliser les analyses de risques et garantir la conformité réglementaire (EU GMP Annex 1, FDA, ISO).

  • Former le personnel aux nouveaux procédés, à l'utilisation des équipements et aux mesures de sécurité VHP.

Vos compétences

  • Master ou diplôme d'ingénieur en microbiologie, ingénierie, pharmaceutique ou domaine scientifique équivalent.

  • Minimum 3 ans en validation de nettoyage, dont 1 sur le procédé de décontamination VHP sous GMP.

  • Expérience confirmée dans la création de procédés de nettoyage/décontamination et la rédaction de SOPs et validations.

  • Bilingue anglais/français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
