Afin de renforcer notre Département Assurances de personnes qui propose à nos clients des services de haut niveau dans la gestion des prestations, nous recherchons un/e Care Manager (h/f/x) à 80-100% pour la région du Nord Vaudois, qui rejoindra le service Care Management au sein du Département Prévoyance et Assurances de Personnes (PAP).

Les Missions Qui Vous Attendent

  • Effectuer des visites de courtoisie dans le domaine de la perte de gain maladie
  • Négocier pour amener les parties à adopter une solution consensuelle afin de permettre un retour rapide sur le marché du travail dans les cas où l'absence a trait au poste de travail
  • Contacter les divers intervenants (employeur, chômage, AI, etc.) et coordonner les actions pour obtenir un résultat triple gagnant (employeur – employé – assureur).
  • Négocier avec des avocats, syndicats, et/ou assureurs

Votre Profil

  • Formation juridique ou brevet fédéral en assurances
  • Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans le domaine des assurances de personnes souhaitée
  • Idéalement, expérience dans le domaine du droit du travail et/ou dans la médiation
  • Parfaite maîtrise orale et écrite du français (allemand un atout) et maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (MS Office)
