Discover your exciting role

As part of one of our project teams, you will be responsible for biopharmaceutical process planning from concept to implementation—occasionally on-site at our clients' facilities.
In biopharmaceutical projects, you will either lead or be part of the Process Design Team, coordinating all stakeholders (client organizations, engineers, suppliers) throughout every phase of the project.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities
  • Execution of biopharmaceutical process engineering from design through to project handover to the client, including commissioning and qualification
  • Development of solutions for complex problems; acting as a technical point of contact for your colleagues
  • Support of project management: from proposal preparation (scope definition, cost estimation, staffing) through project execution (reporting) to final handover to the client
  • Contribution to the development of standards and guidelines within your area of expertise.
Show your expertise
  • BSc/MSc degree in a scientific or technical discipline such as biotechnology, biochemistry, life sciences, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of GMP regulations and industry standards
  • Ideally, several years of professional experience—preferably with knowledge of single-use technologies
  • Experience in technical operations within a pharmaceutical or biotech company, a supplier, or an engineering/consulting firm is a plus
  • Excellent German and good English skills (corporate language); French is an advantage

You are quick to grasp new concepts, highly committed, and flexible in your approach. You enjoy achieving success as part of a team and combine assertiveness with respectful communication. Alongside your passion for your work, you bring strong customer orientation and are willing to take on extended assignments at client sites in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Even in unexpectedly fast-paced situations, you maintain focus on what truly matters.
