Who we are:

We are Eteon, a deep-tech startup building an AI-driven ecosystem designed to redefine how talent is selected, evaluated, and developed.

A completely new approach that blends adaptive scenario generation, automated behavioral analysis, and scientific validation into one integrated system.

We already have a clear structure for each module, a defined go-to-market strategy, and a solid plan to raise our seed round.

Now we're looking for a key technical figure — someone who can truly build.

Who we are looking for:

A Full Stack Developer with a strong orientation toward AI experimentation and system-level development.

Someone young, hands-on, capable of merging software architecture, AI prototyping, and robust code — unafraid of the grey area between idea and prototype.

We want someone who shares our vision and mission and believes in what we are building.

The goal is to revolutionize an entire sector — and we expect to see the ambition and willingness to dive in fully.

We are looking for someone dynamic, autonomous, with genuine initiative.

We don't want someone who simply executes tasks.

We want a brilliant mind able to find solutions where others see only problems.

We are in a pre-seed phase, and no compensation is provided for the first 6–8 months, until we close the seed round.

We offer an equity package specifically designed to compensate for this non-paid period.

What you will do:

  • Design and develop the technical MVPs of the ecosystem's modules
  • Integrate generative AI models, logical orchestration, and interactive systems
  • Build and structure backend components — and ideally part of the frontend
  • Experiment with adaptive logic and scoring systems alongside our psychometrics team
  • Contribute to the technical vision and long-term scalability of the product
  • Work side-by-side with the founders and early external validators (universities, companies, advisors)

Minimum requirements

  • Solid understanding of AI API integration and/or intelligent module orchestration
  • Experience with modular, distributed, or data-driven architectures
  • Ability to build a product from scratch with autonomy and critical thinking
  • Vision: the ability to see beyond code and build toward a cohesive system

Valuable plusses:

  • Experience with generative AI modules or interactive environments
  • Real full-stack experience (frontend + backend), even with a primary specialization
  • Experience in high-uncertainty, rapid-prototyping environments
  • Interest in AI Ethics, adaptive scoring, or controlled content generation
  • GitHub contributions or original personal projects
