VOTRE RÔLE CONCRET
Vous pilotez l'ensemble des activités de contrôle microbiologique : Environmental Monitoring, Aseptic Process Simulation (APS), tests IPC/DS/DP, coordination des tests externalisés (stérilité, mycoplasme, agents adventices). Vous structurez l'équipe de 10 spécialistes, identifiez les besoins en recrutement, développez les compétences, préparez les inspections FDA/EMA, et assurez la compliance GMP du département.

✓ 10+ ans en QC Microbiology dans environnement GMP biotech ✓ 5+ ans de management d'équipes techniques (structuration d'équipe existante = atout) ✓ Expertise aseptic practices, environmental monitoring, sterility assurance ✓ Master Microbiologie/Biotechnologie ou équivalent ✓ Français courant + Anglais professionnel
