Hauptaufgaben

In dieser Funktion stellst du sicher, dass die zentralen ERP-Systeme zuverlässig laufen für den täglichen Betrieb, die internen Abläufe sowie die Mitarbeitenden. Innerhalb des Applications, Data & AI Center of Excellence bist du eine wichtige Ansprechperson für Finanzen, HR und weitere Fachbereiche. Du verantwortest den Betrieb, die Weiterentwicklung und die Betreuung der ERP-Applikationen sowohl technisch als auch inhaltlich.

Deine weiteren Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs der ERP-Applikationen (Navision, Business Central)
  • Beratung der Fachbereiche zur optimalen Anwendung und Prozessgestaltung
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Betriebs- und Anwenderdokumentationen sowie Schulung der Nutzer:innen
  • Betreuung von Incident-, Change- und Release-Management inkl. Testing und Koordination
  • Leitung oder Mitarbeit in Projekten im Applikations- und ERP-Umfeld
  • Übernahme von Pikettdiensten nach Bedarf
Anforderungen
  • Höhere Ausbildung in Medizin-, Wirtschafts- oder Informatik (HF, FH, Uni)
  • Erfahrung im Applikationsbetrieb, idealerweise mit ERP-Systemen in komplexen Organisationen
  • Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte klar zu vermitteln
