Nous recherchons dans le cadre de notre fort développement un stagiaire pour notre bureau a Genève: Junior Research Associate

Base à Genève, votre mission sera de prospecter de nouveaux clients dans le secteur de la Finance (Gestion privée, Gestion dactifs, Family Office, Banques dAffaires, Private Equity) et de sourcer des candidats dans le cadre de nos mandats de recherche. Vous assisterez également les équipes de Consultants à Genève et aussi dans nos autres bureaux (Monaco, Paris, Londres, ) sur la mise en place doutils de prospection digitaux (Linkedin, base de données interne, emailing) et sur la recherche de candidats sur les marches Français, Benelux et Suisse.

Vous êtes étudiant (e) en fin détudes décole de commerce (ou à luniversité) et vous recherchez un stage de fin détude (dau moins six mois).

Vous avez d'excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et commerciales, êtes tenace, autonome, débrouillard et faites preuves dun bon sens de linitiative et plus globalement dun esprit entrepreneurial. Anglais courant.

Début de stage : septembre 2024.

Si vous dépassez vos objectifs commerciaux, et en fonction des conditions de marches, le poste pourrait évoluer à terme sur un poste en CDI au sein du cabinet.
