Position Summary

At Jet Aviation, we bring precision craftsmanship to the skies. Our state-of-the-art sheet metal shop, outfitted with the latest equipment (CNC machining center, orbital welding, heat treatment etc…), plays a vital role in creating customized aircraft interiors, producing everything from structural components to decorative fixtures with gold or metallic finishes. We are looking for a skilled "Workshop Technician - Sheet Metal" to join our dedicated System and Assembly Team and help us maintain our high standards of excellence.

Your mission
  • Manufacturing and Assembly of complex parts using materials such as polycarbonate, aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel.
  • Manufacture of complex assemblies like tables, door mechanism, decorative parts, tooling's, and templates according to engineering drawings.
  • Maintain and improve production processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and reduce costs and cycle times.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S audits, and Lean Manufacturing practices.

Your profile
  • Ability to read and understand 3D models, 2D drawings, and complex assemblies.
  • Hands-on experience in manual craftmanship on decorative parts and complex assemblies.
  • Tactfulness to work on and modify already cost extensive sensitive final plated parts.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new challenges.
  • Team Player, with ability to collaborate effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of French or German is an advantage.
  • Beneficial and advantage would be experience with SAP, MS-Office, Siemens NX, or other 3D visualization software.
