Training Officer* (80%)

Zürich Airport (Kloten) – ZRH
.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and manage departments' training plans in the area of Passenger Services and Cargo Services. Ensure accuracy and on time updates of the mandatory training documentation, e.g. syllabus, methodology, handouts, tests and check lists
  • Select and provide technical and Subject Matter Supervision and support for the departments' trainers
  • Maintains close collaboration and strong communication with the internal and external stakeholders across the dedicated business areas and ensure regular feedback between operational departments and training team
  • Actively participate in the risk and quality assessments and if required, report on critical KPIs related to regulatory and mandatory training
  • Maintain training inventory. Actively manage dnata CH course catalogue and use available ERP and LMS systems to effectively administer training courses, planning, delivery and records
  • Perform regular quality checks of all educational programs and materials including training and methodology, incl. syllabus, tests
  • Participate in audit preparation, execution and completion
  • Participates in Corporate projects as agreed with the Corporate Training Manager and as per current business requirements to support training harmonization across dnata CH and globally
  • Occasionally provide trainings in a professional and timely manner in the scope driven by business requirements, including regulatory, mandatory and on job trainings

Your profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an operational role, supervisory or training role
  • Cargo and Passenger Services background is a plus
  • Must have strong communication skills in English and German, both written and spoken
  • Strong communication skills, high personal culture and positive mindset
