Nous cherchons pour le département Transaction Services un/e Cards Administration Specialist. Vous aurez pour mission d'assurer la gestion administrative des cartes bancaires (émission, renouvellement, blocage, suivi des opérations) en garantissant la qualité du service et le respect des procédures internes et réglementaires.

Your role

  • Gérer les commandes, annulations et blocages de cartes bancaires (débit, crédit, prepaid).
  • Assurer le suivi des opérations liées aux cartes (activation, opposition, gestion des plafonds, etc.)..
  • Répondre aux questions des gérants et assurer le contact avec les émetteurs de cartes.
  • Mettre à jour les bases de données et les plateformes ad hoc (limites, devises, numéros de cartes, échéances, etc.).
  • S'assurer que la gestion des risques est maîtrisée à chaque étape du traitement des opérations, y compris lors de la mise à jour des procédures.
  • Analyser les processus existants afin d'identifier des gains de productivité et appliquer des méthodes de travail Agile et Lean.

Your profile

  • Formation à orientation bancaire / économique de maturité ou équivalent par expérience.
  • 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des opérations bancaires.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels MS Office.
  • Esprit d'innovation, curiosité et goût pour l'amélioration de processus
  • Fort intérêt et aisance dans l'utilisation des nouvelles technologies ainsi que des outils informatiques (Intelligence Artificielle, VBA, Python, Power Query, …)
  • Français/anglais, communication écrite et orale aisée.
  • Esprit orienté clients.
  • Excellente maitrise de la gestion des processus et des priorités, précis.
  • Domicile en Suisse requis.
