Pour notre division Production, nous recherchons nos futurs Managers de proximité (H/F).

Vous êtes en fin de cursus, titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire EPF ou HES ou d'un Brevet Fédéral dans le domaine technique, mécanique ou micromécanique. Vous êtes passionné d'horlogerie et motivé par la perspective d'une carrière dans le management au sein d'un atelier de production. Nous avons conçu à votre attention le programme Spirale managériale destiné à développer nos futurs talents.

Responsabilités

Durant ce programme, vous aurez pour mission de gérer des projets dans plusieurs secteurs, vous donnant ainsi accès à une vision transverse de l'organisation. Vous aurez également l'opportunité de développer votre leadership en vous insiprant des managers qui vous accompagneront. 

Au travers de mandats stimulants de 6 mois sur nos différents sites genevois, vous pourrez acquérir l'expérience et la culture produit nécessaires à une évolution vers un poste de Manager de proximité dans notre division Production. Le dernier mandat se déroulera sous la forme d'une mise en situation managériale. 

Vous bénéficierez de plus d'un accompagnement privilégié par le biais de démarches de formations, de coaching et de mentorat animées par nos équipes managériales et les Ressources Humaines.

Profil

Jeune diplômé ou sur le point de l'être, issu d'une filière technique, mécanique ou micromécanique, vous connaissez déjà le monde de l'entreprise pour y avoir effectué des stages. Une première expérience au sein du monde de la production ou de l'industrie représente un atout. Des compétences de leadership acquises au travers d'activités associatives ou sportives nous intéressent tout particulièrement.

Doté de bonnes compétences relationnelles, vous avez une large ouverture d'esprit et êtes de nature curieuse et assertive. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français parlé et écrit ainsi que l'anglais et avez la capacité à mener à bien des projets et à convaincre. Alors vous êtes le candidat idéal pour nous rejoindre et intégrer ce programme.
