As we expand our global footprint, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to grow our presence in the UK, Ireland, and Norway.

Your tasks

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the UK, Ireland, and Norway by identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with distributors and end customers, and supporting our market expansion strategy. You will act as the key point of contact for prospects and partners, delivering product expertise and guiding customers through the sales process.

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for UK, Ireland, and Norway
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industrial sectors
• Support and accompany distrubutors and key-account on their entire journey
• Conduct product demonstrations (on-site and online) for prospects and partners
• Represent KEMARO AG at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to support product and business development
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams

Your profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in industrial automation, robotics, or related technology fields
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned regions
• Fluency in English
