About the role
As an Azure Platform Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, automating, and optimizing cloud infrastructure solutions that drive business transformation. You will be a valued member of our technology team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud environments.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design, implementation, and automation of Azure-based infrastructure solutions with a strong focus on DevOps best practices.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code deployments.
- Collaborate with agile teams to deliver robust, secure, and scalable cloud solutions.
- Ensure cloud environments meet security, networking, and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in enterprise cloud environments.
Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence in Zürich for 3 days per week. What you need to have to be considered
- 7–15 years of hands-on experience as an Azure Platform Engineer, with a strong focus on DevOps practices.
- Expertise in Azure services, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, ARM templates).
- Solid understanding of cloud security, networking, and governance.
- Experience working in enterprise cloud environments.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working in agile teams.
These will help you stand out
- Prior experience with banking cloud environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure security and compliance frameworks.
- Experience mentoring or leading DevOps teams.
- Certifications in Azure or DevOps-related domains.
