Lieu de travail : Aéroport de Genève (avec responsabilité régionale pour la Suisse romande)

Tu possèdes un solide savoir-faire technique, tu aimes anticiper et tu n'hésites pas à mettre la main à la pâte ? Alors tu es la personne idéale pour renforcer notre équipe de maintenance En tant que Coordinateur Maintenance pour la Suisse romande, tu assures la coordination des travaux d'entretien et de maintenance sur différents sites de la région – avec ton bureau directement à l'aéroport de Genève.

Tes missions principales :

  • Responsabilité régionale :
    Tu planifies, coordonnes et supervises les travaux de maintenance, d'entretien et de réparation des bâtiments et des installations techniques.
  • Actif sur le terrain :
    Tu effectues toi-même les petites réparations et interventions techniques – de manière efficace, pragmatique et avec un souci constant de qualité.
  • Vue d'ensemble :
    Tu élabores les plans d'entretien, respectes les délais, assures un suivi rigoureux de la documentation et gardes un œil sur les coûts.
  • Prévention :
    Tu réalises des contrôles de l'état des installations et détectes les besoins en réparations ou investissements à temps.
  • Projet et chantier :
    Tu participes activement aux projets de transformation ou de rénovation et y apportes ton expertise.
  • Sécurité avant tout :
    Tu veilles au respect de toutes les normes légales et des exigences en matière de sécurité.
  • Interface clé :
    Tu es l'interlocuteur·trice principal·e pour les équipes internes et les partenaires externes – des entreprises spécialisées jusqu'au siège local.

Ton profil :

  • Formation technique ou artisanale achevée (par ex. technique du bâtiment, CVCS, facility management)
  • Expérience dans la maintenance, la technique ou le facility management
  • Esprit pratique, sens des responsabilités et autonomie
  • Travail structuré et organisé, avec un grand sens de l'initiative
  • Très bonnes connaissances du français (oral et écrit), bonnes notions d'allemand ou d'anglais
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office, idéalement aussi des systèmes CAFM
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B indispensable – pour tes interventions en Suisse romande
