We are seeking a
Team Leader
to oversee engine maintenance operations in a high-performance aviation workshop. The role focuses on ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all maintenance activities while managing and developing a skilled technical team.

Your Tasks

  • Ensure compliance with all Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations
  • Guarantee quality workmanship in line with airworthiness and regulatory standards
  • Optimize staff allocation and maintain high production output
  • Address quality deviations, audit findings, and customer complaints with corrective actions
  • Assign tasks and manage vacation planning in line with engine schedules
  • Coordinate support across departments to ensure availability of tools, equipment, and documentation
  • Manage human resources to maintain skill availability and meet operational demand
  • Identify and support training and development needs
  • Promote continuous improvement using Lean principles
  • Manage and improve processes to meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Drive a performance culture through goal setting and structured follow-ups
  • Apply performance management processes and foster employee motivation

Your Profile

  • Completed technical apprenticeship (minimum 4 years)
  • Technical education background
  • Operational and managerial experience in the aviation industry
  • Proven ability to manage manpower and resources effectively
  • Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and quality procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written, level C1)
  • High customer focus and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system
