Bei uns sind Sie nicht nur im Verkauf tätig, sondern gestalten aktiv die Zukunft lebensrettender Technologien mit.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams für den Geschäftsbereich Surgical Technologies suchen wir derzeit eine*n engagierte*n und motivierte*n Kolleg*in für die Position Sales Representative for General Surgical Technologies (m/w/d) – für die Regionen – BS ,BL , AG. Es handelt sich um eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Deine Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

  • Betreuung bestehender Kunden und Akquirierung von Neukunden im Bereich Gefäßversiegelung, Elektrochirurgie und chirurgischer Klammernahtinstrumente
  • Ausweitung von bestehenden strategischen Kooperationen
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung aller verkaufsrelevanten Maßnahmen bei Produktneueinführungen und Präsentationen bei Kunden
  • Kontaktpflege zu Entscheidungsträgern auf Kundenseite und Meinungsbildnern im Markt
  • Teilnahme an Messen und Kongressen
  • Analyse und laufende Einschätzung der Marktbegleiter

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im medizinischen, technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in Englisch in Wort
  • Technische Affinität
  • Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Strukturierter, selbständiger und unternehmerischer Arbeitsstil 
  • Freundliches und offenes Auftreten sowie ein hohes Engagement
  • Zielgruppenorientierte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Präsentationssicherheit und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Selbständige, ergebnis- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch für komplexe Verkaufsprozesse
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, funktions- und gruppenübergreifendes Arbeiten
  • Hohe Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Wohnort im Vertriebsgebiet
