Details of the position:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Project Assistant / Business Analyst to join our team for a six-month project. The successful candidate will be part of the European Commercial team and work closely with the Supply, Customer Service, and Finance teams to improve data accuracy, reporting, and tool harmonization across our operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management and analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a medical device Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).

Your tasks:

• Collaborate with Supply and Customer Service teams to review and update prices, lead times, and minimum order quantities for all products and customers.
• Align data between Elos Medtech and customer to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Update relevant information in the company's SAP system.
• Work with the Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain team to define a product classification system that enables impactful reporting and accurate forecasting.
• Ensure the classification aligns with available market data and customer segmentation.
• Review and classify all products sold, making necessary changes in ERP systems to integrate new classification.
• Modify current sales and forecasting reports to incorporate new product views and classifications.
• Review tools used in various Orthopaedic sites for creating offers and cost estimations.
• Combine or create a harmonized tool that meets the needs of all sites and provides a comprehensive customer view/breakdown.

Your profile:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and German.
