Aufgaben

Was dich erwartet

  • Führung und Management von Kundenprojekten und gleichzeitig Anleitung, Entwicklung und Mentoring einzelner Teammitglieder

  • Eigenständige Betreuung und Ausbauen von Kundenbeziehungen

  • Eigenverantwortliche Initiierung und Führung von Projekten mit der Gesamtverantwortung für die Qualität der Ergebnisse

  • Verhandlung von Proposals sowie Sicherstellung der Profitabilität von Projekten und Kunden:innen

  • Verantwortung für unternehmensinterne Initiativen (z.B. IP-Entwicklung, Marketing, Trainings oder Weiterbildungen)

Qualifikation

Was du mitbringst

  • 5 bis 7 Jahre Erfahrung in der Strategie-/Managementberatung

  • Fundierte funktionale Beratungserfahrung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Bereiche: Strategie, Marketing & Vertrieb, Transformation oder Innovation

  • Nachgewiesene Führungsqualitäten als Projektleiter/Case-Team-Leader im Beratungsumfeld – insbesondere in der Führung und Ausbildung von Berater:innen

  • Erfahrung und Talent in der Erstellung und Verhandlung von Consulting-Proposals

  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie starke zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Kompetenzen

  • Hohe Professionalität und Detailgenauigkeit – gepaart mit einer effizienten Arbeitsweise

  • Aufgeschlossene, leistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Teamarbeit in einem sehr schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium und/oder MBA Studium an einer führenden Wirtschaftshochschule mit hervorragenden Ergebnissen

  • Absoluter Profi im Umgang mit PPT im Beratungskontext, Miro und anderen Tools, um überzeugende Präsentationen und Workshop-Materialien zu erstellen und gekonnt zu präsentieren

  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
