Technical Product Manager

Through our online one-stop shop for legal, accounting, and tax services, we provide thousands of SMEs with intuitive, fast, and affordable access to the professional support they need to run and grow their business. Our tech team plays a key role in this mission: with a strong focus on automation, smart user experiences, and advanced AI systems, we're building the foundation for a new kind of service platform.

To strengthen our team, we're looking for a technical product manager who thrives on details and enjoys taking onwership —from idea to release.

• Groom user stories in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Refine technical specifications supported by our engineers.
• Manage the backlog and priorities by assigning issues to sprints based on the roadmap.
• Lead well-prepared meetings for project updates.
• Analyze legal and accounting documentation.
• Develop vibe coded prototypes with AI.
• Refining rough UI designs and multilingual UI copy.
• Proactively manage stakeholders across operations, business, sales, engineering, and marketing.
• Engage and collaborate in a fast-moving team environment.
• Be an advocate for product strategy and users towards the team.
• Work closely with and receive feedback from the CTO and CEO.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, law, business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working in SaaS product management or development.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Basic technical understanding of internet technologies and SaaS architectures.
• Strong attention to detail — you think analytically and approach your work with structure.
• A good eye for design — even without a Figma file, you're comfortable imagining and refining interfaces that look and feel right.
• AI is more than just a buzzword for you — you use tools like ChatGPT and Cursor to learn, explore, and accelerate your work.
• You thrive in fast-moving environments — building, scaling, and iterating quickly while working autonomously.
• You communicate clearly and keep projects on track — from well-structured meeting notes to simplifying complex topics and coordinating reliably.
• You are proficient in English and German.
• Location matters: The office is where our team truly shines, both in performance and team chemistry. We consider candidates, who are willing to work in our Zurich office by default. Therefore your application will be considered only if you are based in Zurich area or willing to relocate with EU/EFTA citizenship.
