Finance Director (100%)

Our client is a well-established leader in the area of consumer goods. To strengthen their finance team, we are searching for a Finance Director, who will oversee global accounting and consolidation operations, and play a pivotal role in enhancing excellence and efficiency across the group's financial processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support accounting teams across all affiliates
  • Manage monthly group consolidation
  • Prepare yearly consolidated financial statements
  • Present results to management and financing partners
  • Coordinate external audits and regulatory reviews
  • Implement accounting policies, processes, and controls
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Monitor and mitigate financial risks (FX, interest rates, etc.)
  • Lead Direct and Indirect Tax topics (transfer pricing, VAT)
  • Assess tax impacts of group transformation projects

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 10–15 years of experience in finance, consolidation, and accounting.
  • Experience in retail or consumer goods preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP and Swiss regulations.
  • Proficient in Lucanet and Microsoft D365.
  • Strong communication in English, German is a plus
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
