Your Role

We're looking for a driven and hands-on
french speaking Business Development Specialist (you can be a lawyer, sales rep, account manager or anything similar)
to fuel Omnilex's growth in the
Romandie
. You'll lead our commercial footprint in the French-speaking market, engaging with law firms, corporate legal departments, and legal professionals across the region.

As our
first dedicated sales hire for the Romandie
, you'll shape how Omnilex wins this market and collaborate closely with the founders. If you're excited by the challenge of entering new markets quickly, setting the pace for scaling, and owning ambitious targets, this role is for you.

What you'll do

  • Build and grow our presence in Romandie through outbound outreach, inbound qualification, and market mapping.
  • Conduct high-quality product demos and presentations tailored to French-speaking legal professionals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop strong relationships with partners, decision-makers and influencers within law firms and corporate legal departments.
  • Collaborate with founders, product and marketing to refine messaging, positioning and GTM strategy for Romandie.
  • Track pipeline metrics, document learnings, and contribute to building Omnilex's long-term sales playbook.
  • Represent Omnilex at events, conferences and workshops across Romandie to establish strong brand presence.
  • Influence how our AI platform is adopted across the region and help scale our footprint in Europe.

What you bring

  • Experience or confident in lead generation, pipeline management, and quota ownership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in French, with the ability to engage senior legal professionals and decision-makers.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, adaptable, and resilient in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Full professional proficiency in
    French and English
    (German is a plus).
  • EU/EFTA citizenship or Swiss work permit.

Bonus if you have:

  • B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or professional services or a legal background.
  • A background in law, legal services or consulting.
  • Background in a high-growth startup or GTM role.
