We are looking for an experienced Category Manager for external manufacturing of drug products to effectively manage product categories, while developing, implementing, and maintaining the category strategy and the overall delivery of high value savings targets.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure input and operationalization of the Category Strategy by engaging with the Category and Supplier Management team, local and regional Procurement, and Business stakeholders
- Develop and validate the Category Strategy and pipeline of initiatives
- Strategic Sourcing / CDMO Site Selections including Due Diligence
- Price Negotiation
- Contracting of CMO contracts
- SRM Activities for CMOs
Requirements:
- University degree a scientific or business field or similar
- At least 5 years relevant experience CMO Management or procurement in CMO space
- Experience in negotiation contracts with CMO's
- GMP, MS Office, and Google workspace experience
- Analytical skills and strategic thinking
