AI Product Manager
passionné(e) par les technologies
Generative AI
et
Large Language Models (LLMs)
.

Le poste est basé à
Genève
, et la
résidence en Suisse est obligatoire au démarrage du contrat.


VOS MISSIONS PRINCIPALES


• Piloter la gestion produit d'une plateforme de chat basée sur la Generative AI.


• Piloter le cycle de vie du produit, du cadrage à la mise en production, en assurant la cohérence fonctionnelle et technique.


• Prioriser les besoins utilisateurs et coordonner les développements avec les équipes techniques.


• Animer les cérémonies agiles et garantir la bonne exécution des sprints.


• Contribuer à la diffusion de la culture IA et accompagner les équipes dans l'adoption de ces nouveaux outils.


• Assurer la communication et le reporting auprès du management et des sponsors projets.


VOTRE PROFIL


• Diplômé(e) d'un Master en informatique, ingénierie ou domaine équivalent.


• Certification
PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner)
ou équivalent, un atout important.


• Minimum
5 ans d'expérience en Product Management
, et idéalement
2 ans
dans le domaine de l'IA générative ou de produits IA grand public.


• Maîtrise des
méthodologies agiles
et capacité à transformer les besoins métiers en plans produits concrets.


• Solides connaissances de l'écosystème data : data engineering, qualité, orchestration, infrastructure et gouvernance.


• Bonne compréhension du développement de produits IA et notamment des
Large Language Models (LLMs)
.


• Excellentes compétences en communication et en coordination d'équipes pluridisciplinaires.


• Langues : Français courant (C1), Anglais professionnel (B2).

Télétravail : possible au terme des 3 mois de période d'essai.


Résidence en Suisse obligatoire au démarrage du contrat
