We're looking for a dynamic and data-driven
Social Media Marketing Manager
to join our team here in Switzerland

In this role, you'll lead our social media strategy from concept to execution — building brand awareness, increasing engagement, and driving meaningful conversations across digital platforms. You'll bring creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of social trends to help shape how the world sees our brand.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
  • Grow and nurture online communities while maintaining brand consistency and tone of voice
  • Track performance metrics and analyze engagement to optimize future campaigns
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and communications teams to deliver high-quality visuals and storytelling
  • Manage paid social campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, platform updates, and best practices in social media marketing
  • Report results and strategic insights to leadership, helping to guide future initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media or digital marketing
  • Proven success managing brand accounts and driving measurable engagement
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Creative thinker with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
  • Familiarity with social advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English; German or French a plus (merci & danke vielmal)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and passionate about digital innovation
