Am Institut für Pflegewissenschaft (INS) der Universität Basel ist im Rahmen des vom Schweizerischen Nationalfonds (SNSF) geförderten Forschungsprojekts "ENGAGE - Aktiv bleiben. Gemeinsam älter werden." eine vielseitige Stelle als Projektkoordinator:in / Research Assistant zu besetzen.

Das Institut für Pflegewissenschaft agiert im innovativen Forschungsumfeld der Universität Basel mit den Forschungsschwerpunkten «Innovative Versorgungsmodelle» und «Patientensicherheit und Versorgungsqualität». Die Forschung des INS ist auf die klinische Anwendung ausgerichtet und die Entwicklung und Nutzung der Ergebnisse in der Praxis hat Priorität. Dieser Transfer wird durch die etablierten Akademie-Praxis-Partnerschaften mit Spitälern und Pflegeinstitutionen im Raum Basel ermöglicht. Worum geht es im Projekt?

Viele ältere Menschen möchten körperlich aktiv bleiben und soziale Kontakte pflegen, stossen dabei jedoch auf strukturelle, gesundheitliche oder soziale Hürden. ENGAGE setzt genau hier an: Gemeinsam mit älteren Menschen, Gesundheitsfachpersonen und Akteur:innen aus dem Gemeinwesen entwickeln und testen wir praxisnahe Lösungen, die Bewegung, soziale Teilhabe und Prävention von Frailty im Alltag unterstützen.

Das Projekt verbindet Forschung, Co-Creation und Umsetzung in der Praxis direkt in Quartieren und Gemeinden der Kantone Basel-Stadt und Basel-Landschaft.

Ihre Aufgaben

Sie arbeiten in einem kleinen, engagierten Forschungsteam (PI, Doktorandin, studentische Assistenz, Praktikant:in) und übernehmen eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Forschung, Praxis und Projektorganisation.

Ihre Aufgaben - Schwerpunkt 2026

  • Mitarbeit bei der Auswertung qualitativer Interviews mit älteren Menschen zu Bedürfnissen, Motivation und Teilhabe
  • Aktive Beteiligung an der konzeptionellen Entwicklung von Interventionen (Bewegung & soziale Aktivitäten)
  • Organisation und Koordination von Workshops mit Fachpersonen, Organisationen und älteren Menschen (Co-Creation)
  • Mitgestaltung von Interventions- und Schulungsmaterialien für Fachpersonen und Teilnehmende
  • Koordination einer Pilotstudie (Zusammenarbeit mit Spitex, Hausärzt:innen, Gemeinden)
  • Je nach Profil: aktive Rolle als Coach, mit direktem Kontakt zu älteren Menschen (Zielsetzung, Motivation, Begleitung)

Ihre Aufgaben - Schwerpunkt 2027

  • Koordination der Evaluationsstudie (Organisation, Datenerhebung, Zusammenarbeit mit Praxispartnern)
  • Unterstützung der Interventionsdurchführung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Aufbereitung von Ergebnissen für Praxis und Forschung
Ihr Profil

Unbedingt erforderlich

  • Deutsch als Muttersprache oder Niveau C2, gutes Verständnis von Schweizerdeutsch
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mündlich & schriftlich)
  • Masterabschluss im Bereich Gesundheitswissenschaften, Pflege, Sportwissenschaft, Psychologie oder verwandten Feldern
  • Bereitschaft, regelmässig in der Region Basel präsent zu sein
  • Freude an Kommunikation mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen

Von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung in Projektkoordination, qualitativer Forschung, Workshop-Methoden, Intervention Design oder Evaluation
  • Kenntnisse in MAXQDA, REDCap oder R
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen (z.B. Pflege, Physiotherapie, Psychologie, Coaching, Training)

Auch Junior-Postdocs sind willkommen, sofern Interesse an praxisnaher Projektarbeit besteht.
