Aufgaben
- Valutagerechte Verbuchung von Zahlungsströmen
- Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Kreditoren- und Debitorenrechnungen
- Buchhalterische Bewertung von Fahrzeugen (Mehr- und Minderwerte)
- Korrespondenz im Zusammenhang mit Versicherungsfällen und Selbstbehaltsrechnungen
- Durchführung von Mahnläufen und Einleitung von Inkassoprozessen
- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Finanzbereich
Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erster Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen
- Weiterbildung im Finanzbereich (z. B. Fachausweis) von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und teamfähige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
