Dein zukünftiger Alltag

  • Du übernimmst die fachliche und kommerzielle Verantwortung für den Aufbau und Ausbau des Bereichs «Data Center Infrastructure»

  • Du gestaltest das Dienstleistungsangebot gemäss Unternehmensstrategie und steuerst eigenverantwortlich die Entwicklung und Pflege unserer Dienstleistungen und Lösungen

  • Als Leitung in einem agilen Team verantwortest du die Erbringung der zukünftigen Dienstleistungen und Lösungen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette End-to-end

  • Du identifizierst kontinuierlich Optimierungspotenziale in unseren Prozessen, um unsere Dienstleistungen und Lösungen noch effizienter und kundschaftsorientierter zu gestalten

  • Du pflegst regelmässigen Austausch mit unserer Kundschaft sowie mit Partnerinnen und Partnern und Lieferantinnen und Lieferanten, um unsere Dienstleistungen und Lösungen stetig zu verbessern und weiterzuentwickeln

Das bringst du mit

  • Abschluss oder Weiterbildung (ETH/Uni/FH/HF) in Betriebswirtschaft oder Elektroingenieurwesen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Rolle, auch im Umfeld von kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen (KMU) oder Start-ups

  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Geschäftsfeldern und Dienstleistungsangeboten in Dienstleistungsbranchen

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Data-Center-Marktes

  • Du packst an und übernimmst die Leitung, bist sehr gut in der Umsetzung, zielorientiert und pragmatisch

  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und analytisch und hast eine hohe Markt- und kundschaftsorientierung

  • Du engagierst dich, bist empathisch und teamorientiert

  • Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und im Team erfolgreich

  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil
