Application Manager/in (alle) 80–100%

Was dich erwartet

Du bist die Person, die unsere Fachanwendungen (inkl. Primarschule) nicht nur betreut, sondern wirklich lebt: Du hast den 1st und 2nd Level Support im Griff, schulst Anwenderinnen und Anwender, analysierst Bedürfnisse, betreust Releases, pflegst Anforderungen, koordinierst Lieferanten und sorgst dafür, dass neue Applikationen erfolgreich integriert werden. Kurz: Wenn's irgendwo digital klemmt, bist du der ruhige Kopf im Hintergrund - und unterstützt bei Bedarf auch den ICT-Support.

Was du mitbringst

  • Abschluss als Informatiker/in EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Application Management, ICT-Support und in der Projektarbeit
  • Flair fürs Requirements Engineering
  • Kenntnisse in M365, CMI, Primedocs oder die Motivation, sie dir anzueignen
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen und eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
