Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie betreuen unsere anspruchsvollen nationalen wie internationalen Kunden beim Kauf von hochwertigen Markenuhren und Schmuckstücken
  • Sie gestalten ein unvergessliches Einkaufserlebnis und entwickeln aktiv Kundenbeziehungen
  • Sie wirken mit Begeisterung als Brand Ambassador und positionieren unsere exklusiven Produkte mittels Ihrer Fach- sowie Storytelling-Kompetenzen
  • Sie fördern eine inspirierende, innovative und moderne Kaufumgebung
  • Sie übernehmen administrative Arbeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Verkauf sowie die Pflege des internen CRM-Systems
  • Sie unterstützen in spezifischen Projekten, bei Kundenevents sowie Marketingaktivitäten
  • Sie tragen dazu bei, dass unsere Verkaufsflächen, Schaufenster und Vitrinen tadellos präsentiert sind

Ihre Kompetenzen

  • Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung im Detailhandel, in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder Uhren- und Schmuckbranche abgeschlossen
  • Sie überzeugen mit Ihren fundierten Fachkenntnissen im Uhren- und/oder Schmuckbereich
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Luxussegment des Detailhandels
  • Sie sind IT-affin und vertraut mit digitalen Anwendungen
  • Sie kommunizieren mündlich wie schriftlich einwandfrei in Deutsch- und Italienisch, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
  • Sie sind proaktiv und verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Verkaufsflair sowie eine offene und kundenorientierte Art
  • Sie treten stilsicher auf, besitzen ein professionelles Erscheinungsbild sowie zuvorkommende Umgangsformen
  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten interkulturellen Kompetenzen
