Aufgaben

Professionelle Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden zu allen Serviceanliegen

Koordination von Service- und Reparaturaufträgen mit der Werkstatt und den Technikern.

Erstellung von Kostenvoranschlägen sowie aktive Kommunikation mit den Kunden über den Auftragsstatus.

Organisation und Terminplanung, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.

Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch exzellenten Service und fachliche Kompetenz.

Profil

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise in der Automobilbranche oder im technischen Bereich

Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Serviceberater/in oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion.

Technisches Verständnis und Affinität zur Automobilbranche.

Hohes Mass an Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationstalent.

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen (z. B. Französisch oder Italienisch) von Vorteil.

Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office sowie branchenspezifischer Software (z. B. DMS-Systeme).
