Credit Risk Officer
to join our team In this role, you'll assess, monitor, and manage credit risk exposures, ensuring that our lending and investment decisions align with the company's risk appetite and regulatory standards.

As a Credit Risk Officer, you'll play a key role in evaluating counterparties, performing credit assessments, and maintaining robust risk controls. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders—such as finance, portfolio management, and compliance teams—to ensure that risk policies are effectively implemented and that credit decisions are made with confidence and clarity.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct credit assessments and financial analysis on clients, counterparties, and investment opportunities
  • Monitor credit exposures, identify emerging risks, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies
  • Develop and maintain credit risk models, rating systems, and reporting tools
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory requirements
  • Prepare periodic risk reports and present findings to management and relevant committees
  • Collaborate with business units to balance growth objectives with sound risk management principles

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in credit risk analysis, banking, or financial services
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Familiarity with risk management systems, Basel framework, and credit portfolio monitoring tools
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and decision-making skills
  • Professional certifications (CFA, FRM, or equivalent) are a plus
