Vos principales responsabilités

Contrôle des composants :

  • Réaliser le
    contrôle d'entrée
    des composants achetés et fabriqués (boîtes, boucles, cadrans, aiguilles, mouvements, bracelets, etc.).
  • Vérifier la conformité esthétique et dimensionnelle des pièces selon les critères internes de la manufacture.
  • Établir et documenter les
    rapports de contrôle
    , en assurant la traçabilité des opérations.

Gestion des non-conformités :

  • Identifier et documenter les
    non-conformités
    détectées lors des contrôles.
  • Collaborer avec les départements
    Achats
    et
    Technique
    pour assurer le
    suivi fournisseur
    et la mise en place des actions correctives nécessaires.

Amélioration continue et organisation :

  • Participer activement à l'
    amélioration continue
    des processus et des méthodes de contrôle.
  • Être
    force de proposition
    dans l'organisation et l'optimisation du département Contrôle Composants.
  • Contribuer à l'
    élaboration et à la mise à jour des procédures de contrôle
    , en cohérence avec les standards qualité de la manufacture.

Profil recherché

  • Formation technique (CFC micromécanicien, polymécanicien, horloger ou équivalent).
  • Expérience confirmée dans le
    contrôle qualité horloger.
  • Connaissances des
    instruments de mesure et de contrôle, un plus
    .
  • Rigueur, minutie et sens aigu de l'esthétique.
  • Bon esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer avec différents départements.
  • Esprit d'analyse et goût prononcé pour la qualité et l'amélioration continue.
